Submitting a file does not by itself create a separate non-disclosure agreement. For highly sensitive information, request and complete an NDA or other written confidentiality agreement before disclosure.
5. Sharing of information
We may share relevant information with authorized MERYDOM personnel, manufacturing and quality teams, hosting, email, backup, cybersecurity, technical-support, logistics, inspection, accounting, legal, or other service providers when reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. We do not sell personal information to unrelated third parties.
6. International processing
MERYDOM operates from China. Information submitted from another country may therefore be transferred to and processed in China and in locations where our contracted service providers operate. Where applicable law requires additional safeguards for an international transfer, we will use contractual or other lawful measures appropriate to the transfer.

Retention periods vary according to the type of record, project status, contractual requirements, and applicable law. Information that is no longer required is deleted, anonymized, or securely archived in accordance with our operational procedures.
8. Cookies, logs, and external services
The website may use cookies or similar technologies needed for security, preferences, forms, and normal operation. Server and security logs may record technical visit information. Links or media associated with services such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or other third-party platforms are governed by those providers’ own privacy practices when you interact with them. If non-essential analytics or marketing technologies are introduced, appropriate notice or choices will be provided where required.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or misuse. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so confidential project information should be shared through an agreed channel and with appropriate contractual protection.
10. Your choices and rights
Subject to the law that applies to you, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or objection to certain processing of your personal information; to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; or to complain to a competent data-protection authority.
