The 111/112 external gear crossed roller series is intended for applications where rigidity, controlled clearance, and rotational accuracy matter more than high continuous speed. The external gear makes it suitable for directly driven rotary axes, welding positioners, precision turntables, manipulators, indexing equipment, and compact industrial machines where the pinion remains serviceable from outside. Compared with a general single-row ball structure, the crossed roller layout should be reviewed more carefully for mounting flatness, preload or clearance target, runout demand, and shock-load conditions.

Catalogue dimensions are reference data and may extend beyond the current verified in-house machining range. Final manufacturing capability is confirmed against the customer drawing before quotation.
