The 110 ungeared crossed roller series is most relevant where the bearing is used as a precision support ring and the customer provides a separate drive or servo transmission. Typical screening cases include robot bases, scanning equipment, indexing tables, inspection fixtures, antenna or optical positioning platforms, and other high-stiffness rotary mechanisms. Without bearing-integrated gear teeth, the focus shifts to runout, axial and radial rigidity, mounting-surface flatness, bolt preload, clearance or preload control, and the stiffness of the surrounding structure.
