How MERYDOM controls custom production
Concise manufacturing context for engineering, quality, and purchasing review.
Manufacturing built around OEM requirements
MERYDOM manufactures custom slewing bearings from customer drawings, existing bearing data, and application requirements. Engineering, purchasing, machining, heat treatment, assembly, and inspection teams work from the same approved technical basis. This keeps materials, dimensions, identification, process requirements, and inspection records aligned from order review through final release, including repeat orders and controlled engineering changes.
Engineering review before production
Before production starts, our engineering team reviews envelope dimensions, mounting interfaces, gear data, hole patterns, operating orientation, lubrication, seals, clearance, and available load information. Open technical points are confirmed before machining. For custom slewing bearings, the review may also define material, heat-treatment route, inspection characteristics, marking, documentation, and other controls needed for a practical manufacturing plan.
Quality control linked to production records
Quality control is integrated into the production route rather than limited to final inspection. Material records, machining dimensions, heat-treatment results, raceway and gear checks, assembly controls, rotation, runout, marking, and final release records remain linked to the production order. Inspection depth is adjusted to the drawing, application risk, and agreed customer documentation requirements.
A practical manufacturing partner for global supply
MERYDOM supports overseas OEMs, equipment manufacturers, distributors, and maintenance organizations with direct technical communication and stable production follow-up. We can work from drawings, bearing numbers, samples, or application data. Export preparation includes identification, corrosion protection, suitable packing, and agreed commercial and quality documents, while daily factory videos and workshop photographs provide visible evidence of active production.
