Ukrainian Customer Visits MERYDOM Factory and Places an Order On Site
A Ukrainian customer visited the MERYDOM factory to review its slewing bearing production equipment, manufacturing processes, and quality-control capabilities. After detailed discussions on product structure, materials, heat treatment, and delivery requirements, the customer approved MERYDOM’s manufacturing capabilities and placed an order during the visit, establishing a solid foundation for future cooperation.
Recently, a customer from Ukraine visited the MERYDOM factory to evaluate the company’s slewing bearing manufacturing capabilities, machining equipment, quality-control processes, and customized production services.
Accompanied by the MERYDOM team, the customer toured the main machining and production areas and inspected slewing bearings in different sizes and at various stages of production. The products reviewed included large-diameter internally geared slewing bearings, fully machined rings, and components awaiting subsequent manufacturing operations.
By examining the products and equipment at close range, the customer gained a clearer understanding of MERYDOM’s capabilities in large-diameter ring machining, raceway processing, gear manufacturing, and batch production.
During the factory tour, both parties also discussed product structure, material selection, heat treatment, gear parameters, mounting dimensions, and inspection requirements. The MERYDOM team reviewed the customer’s application needs and explained the proposed manufacturing approach and quality-control methods.
The customer paid particular attention to machining quality, dimensional control, production stability, and MERYDOM’s ability to support future batch orders. The actual workshop conditions, products under production, and direct technical communication provided a transparent view of the company’s manufacturing capabilities.
After completing the workshop inspection, both parties continued the discussion in the meeting room and confirmed the main product requirements, cooperation terms, and delivery arrangements.
Based on the on-site evaluation of MERYDOM’s production capabilities and quality-control system, the customer confirmed the cooperation and placed an order during the visit.
The visit strengthened mutual understanding and established a solid foundation for continued cooperation. MERYDOM will now proceed with production according to the agreed technical requirements and will continue to provide stable product quality, responsive project communication, and reliable slewing bearing manufacturing support.
