Russian Customer Visits MERYDOM for Production and Quality System Inspection
Mr. Ivan from Russian visited the MERYDOM factory to inspect our slewing bearing production processes, quality control system, measuring instruments, third-party calibration reports, and ISO 9001 management practices. Outside the factory visit, MERYDOM General Manager Mr. JOVI accompanied him to experience Chinese cuisine and exercise together. Through continued cooperation, Mr. Ivan has become an important partner and trusted friend of MERYDOM in the Russian market.
MERYDOM recently welcomed Mr. Ivan from Russia for an on-site inspection of our manufacturing capabilities, production processes, and quality control system.
The visit was designed not only to review MERYDOM’s machining equipment and production capacity, but also to verify how product inspection, measuring equipment management, and quality procedures are implemented in daily operations. During the factory tour, Mr. Ivan observed the production and inspection of slewing bearings and personally checked key product dimensions using professional measuring instruments.
The two parties held detailed discussions concerning dimensional control, inspection standards, manufacturing records, and product traceability. These technical exchanges provided a clear view of how MERYDOM controls quality throughout the manufacturing process.
As an important part of the assessment, Mr. Ivan carefully reviewed the measuring instruments used by MERYDOM, together with the corresponding management records and third-party calibration reports. By checking the calibration status of the instruments and the supporting documentation, he gained a better understanding of how MERYDOM maintains the accuracy and consistency of inspection results.
The visit also included a review of MERYDOM’s ISO 9001 quality management system. Our team introduced the complete control process covering incoming material inspection, production monitoring, critical dimension inspection, final product release, and quality document retention. The combination of factory observation and document review allowed Mr. Ivan to evaluate MERYDOM’s production and quality management capabilities in a direct and practical way.

Outside the formal working schedule, MERYDOM General Manager Mr. JOVI accompanied Mr. Ivan in experiencing local life and Chinese cuisine.
