Do you sign NDAs before receiving drawings?
Yes. Request our standard mutual NDA or send your own template — we return signed documents before any technical file is exchanged.
Can you work as a second source alongside our existing European supplier?
That is the most common scenario. We manufacture to your existing drawing and specification so parts are interchangeable, and many customers run dual sourcing for supply security and cost balance.
What if the sample fails our incoming inspection?
The FAI package ships with the sample so deviations are visible before installation. If a dimension is out of specification against the drawing, we correct and replace at our cost.
Which Incoterms and destinations do you support?
EXW, FOB, CIF, and DAP to European and North American ports or door delivery, with export-grade seaworthy packaging as standard.
