Can you replace a discontinued crane slewing bearing?
MERYDOM can review an existing drawing, part number, nameplate information and measured interfaces. Final feasibility depends on the completeness and reliability of the supplied data.
Can one replacement bearing be supplied?
One-piece and small-batch projects can be reviewed. Tooling, material, gear and inspection requirements are confirmed before quotation.
What information should we send first?
Send the existing part number or drawing, equipment model, mounting diameters, overall height, gear data, bolt patterns, operating condition and required documents.
Can inspection documents be included?
Yes. The agreed document package may include dimensional, runout, hardness, backlash, material and other project-specific records.
